Stations #1 & #2
Weekly Responsibilities:
- Clean and disinfect all bathrooms (both station 1 & 2)
- Empty all garbage (both station 1 & 2)
- Stock all bathrooms with paper products etc. (both station 1 & 2)
- Sweep & mop all tile floor surfaces on Tuesdays at a minimum
- Vacuum all carpet area offices & members room
- Dust all horizontal surfaces
- Clean entry glass doors (inside and outside)
- Clean/Dust vertical surfaces (walls, doors)
- Light maintenance of building fixtures (light bulbs, batteries) indoor & outdoor fixtures as needed (both station 1 & 2)
- Keep outdoor entrances swept & clean
- Order cleaning supplies, light maintenance fixtures, water system salt funded by district
- Maintain proper water system salt inventory and tank filled
- Rodent control – checking and replacing traps when necessary (both station 1 & 2)
- Provide cleaning after a Hall rental if not done per Hall Rental agreement – notification will be made by Hall Rental scheduler and/or a Commissioner
Monthly Responsibilities:
- Keep district informed of any building needs above light maintenance
- Report to Commissioners at the monthly meeting (2nd Thursday every month)
- What was done
- What needs to be done
- Projects being worked on
- Timeline of ongoing projects
- Projects that need to be done
Twice Yearly Responsibilities:
- Dust/Clean trophy cases including glass
