First arriving police units advised of a mini-van at the intersection of Rt. 9W and Exit 21B with multiple passengers and the driver unconscious.nbspMed-Flight was dispatched to respond to the scene along with Ravena and Coxsackie Ambulance. Ambulances from Bethlehem and Catskill assisted with standby units. 2 adults and 4 children were transported to the hospital.p
