The New Baltimore Fire District is accepting bids for janitorial/maintenance services for calendar year 2023. This request is for Fire Station #1 on Gill Road and Fire Station #2 on High Rock Road.
All bids must meet the following conditions:
1. All bids are due by December 8, 2022 by 7:30 pm. Any bids not received by this date and time will not be considered.
2. All bids shall include the name, address and telephone number of the bidder.
3. All bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope labeled Janitorial/Maintenance Service.
4. The contract shall be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. The Board of Commissioners reserves the rights to accept or reject any and all bids or any part of any bid submitted.
Sealed bids may be dropped off at the New Baltimore Fire House located on Gill Road or mailed to: Fire Commissioners, P.O. Box 390, New Baltimore, NY, 12124.
All bids will be opened, reviewed and publicly read on December 8, 2022 at the District meeting held at 7:30PM.
